You may click on "Inquire Now," located on the right of the listing, to e-mail or call the relevant agency directly. Alternatively, you may also fill in the form at the bottom of the page to state your request. A property expert from Home Options will contact you to take care of your request as soon as possible.

Any Filipino citizen of legal age can present proof of income and is willing to go through the pre-qualification process.


How can I schedule a visit to any property that I am interested in?

For tripping or site visits to any property, the Buyer or Sales Agent may contact the Home Options Sales hotline to schedule at least one day before the desired tripping day.

Absolutely. Interested Buyers who are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) have the option to issue a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) to any individual whom they have authorized to transact on their behalf.

The financing varies per developer, and it can be through Pag-IBIG housing loan, Bank, Deferred, or Spot Cash.


Home Options must consider the buyer's capacity to pay and verify it through the submitted required documents in choosing the financing scheme.

Prepare and submit the Standard requirements: Birth/Marriage Certificate, Photocopy of 2 valid IDs, Latest Proof of Billing Address or Barangay Certificate, 2pcs 1x1 ID photo in white background, and Tax Identification Number or TIN.

For Ready For Occupancy (RFO) Homes, submit the complete documentation requirements (refer to checklist provided), especially proof of income and accomplished Forms and Documents.

For Non-Ready for Occupancy (NRFO) Homes, submit at least one proof of income and notarized SPA for OFW.
